Someday there will probably be terms to describe electronic files that sit out on the Internet undisturbed for long periods of time. Or perhaps like the "real" world we'll just call it collecting dust, too. So now this art can collect dust in two places.
I suppose I should have taken the mats of the pictures and had them professionally scanned, but I'm not sure that it would be worth it. At least there is another copy in case mice get to the originals. If there is enough interest, I might post some more.
Briefly, if you are a good pen and ink artist, then my advise to you is to not quit your day job. Being an artist has always been more about passion than profit, but if you're hoping for commercial success as well then you really should find someway to integrate your art and abilities into the modern digital world.
